Halyard offers an accelerator-free portfolio of 3 non-sterile and 2 sterile nitrile, cleanroom gloves to address the needs of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Microelectronics and Semiconductor manufacturing. The PUREZERO* range have been designed to protect your cleanroom, processes, and employees from contamination. They are ideal for applications that involve handling delicate equipment while meeting the stringent requirements of cleanroom environments.
PUREZERO* CLEANROOM NITRILE GLOVES (NON-STERILE)
- Designed for use in ISO Class 3 cleanrooms or higher.
- Non-sterile nitrile.
- Maximum particles > 0.5um/cm^2 less than 950.
- AQL 1.0 for pinholes.
- Accelerator, silicone, latex and powder free.
- Hand Specific, 30.5 cm length with beaded cuff.
- Fingertip thickness: 0.16 mm / 6 mil.
- Palm thickness: 0.13mm / 5 mil.
- Static for dissipative use.
- Available in blue or white.
- White available textured or smooth.
- Blue available textured.
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Certificate of Irradiation (COI) by production lot available online.
